This delicious chocolate flavour fudge is yet another way to get creative with Creme Eggs! It would also work with any other chocolate! Simple to make and no sugar thermometer needed!
- 400g White Chocolate
- 25g Butter
- 397g Can Condensed Milk
- 100g Icing Sugar
- Yellow Food Paste Colouring
- 100g Milk Chocolate
- 2 Packs Mini Creme Eggs (approx 8 in each pack)
Melt your butter, white chocolate and condensed milk in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Stir constantly using a silicone spatula, until thick and smooth.
Add the icing sugar and stir again until well combined.
Pour 1.3 of the mixture into a small bowl, then add a small amount of yellow food paste colouring to it, stirring until you have a vibrant yellow coloured fudge mixture.
Pour the 2/3 white fudge mixture into a 20cm square pan, lined with greaseproof paper.
Pour the yellow fudge mixture on top, it will sink into the white fudge.
Transfer the pan to the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Melt the milk chocolate, then pour over the semi set fudge and spread with a palette knife.
Chop your mini creme eggs, and sprinkle over the chocolate.
Transfer to the fridge a final time and leave to set over night.
Once set fully, slice with a hot knife, then eat and enjoy!
