This yummy pudding is so easy, just layer the ingredients on top of each other in the dish and bake until golden brown on top!
You will need:
- 1 Tin of Peach Slices in Syrup
- 1 Punnet of Raspberries
- 1 Packet of Cake Mix
- 125g Unsalted Butter
- 150g Brown Sugar
- 50g Chopped Walnuts
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and grab a large glass dish. Pour the tin of peaches into the dish (with the syrup), then add the Raspberries.
Next sprinkle the packet of Cake Mix over the fruit, making sure to cover all the fruit in an even layer (you can get a packet of Cake Mix from most supermarkets for very cheap).
Now slice your butter into thin strips and place over the cake mix distributing them as evenly as possible over the mix.
You can now sprinkle over the brown sugar, this is part of the “crunch” layer. Spread the sugar out evenly over the mix.
Last but not least, place the chopped walnuts over the sugar and your pudding is ready to be cooked (now smile and think about how you have no washing up to do)!
Pop the pudding into the oven for approx 30 mins until it is golden brown on top. The layers will melt into one another create a soft, fruity, crunchy on top dessert.
Serve with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream while it’s still warm and enjoy.
