Yum! Even the title makes me hungry!
I had the privilege of baking a few cupcakes for a local Tea Lounge this week, I love it when someone just asks me to get creative!
I had a plastic teacup and saucer mould which I had never used, so what better time to get it into action!
The mould was so easy to use, and I filled it with a cupcake (slightly trimmed down to fit) and topped with a buttercream swirl!
I also made a few others, for those who thought the teacups might be a bit much! But couldn’t resist piping a little teapot from white chocolate!
And some minis (with mini teapots)!
I also got to bake some of my new Gourmet Cupcake Recipes (don’t worry I will be sharing the recipes soon) for someones birthday!
Yum!
You probably can’t tell that they’re “gourmet” but here’s the flavours: Strawberry Cheesecake, Lemon Meringue, Chocolate Sundae and Double Choc Chip.
Its such a busy week I haven’t been able to upload the new recipes! But theres some big treats coming to the blog next week so hold tight! 🙂
